If you aren't entirely satisfied with your product, we're here to help. You can return your order up to 30 days after purchase.

What happens next is either a refund or an exchange.

Please notice we will charge you for the shipping costs both ways: when you send the item to us and if we send a new item to you.

 

If you are sending an item over $75, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase delivery insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. 

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused

- In the original condition

- In the original packaging

Unfortunately, some goods can't be returned, except when damaged or defective:

 
- Clearance items

- Gift cards 
- Customized items 
- Items marked as non-returnable on the sales page

 

If your item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to find the best solution. In this case, please contact us informing your order number.

What happens next

Once your return is received, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then inspect the item and let you know whether your refund has been either approved or rejected. 

In case of approval, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be made to the method of payment used during purchase. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we can only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us, and we will sort it out with you.

 

Gifts
You can return an item gifted to you. See how to proceed below:

If the item was marked as a gift (during the purchase process) and sent by us directly to you: you'll receive a gift certificate matching the value of your return. 

If the item was either not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver (who then sent it to you): we will send a refund to the gift giver. Therefore, they will be aware that you have returned the item.
