How to Make a Return

  2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the unused item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g. logo towels, custom wall art)
  • Final sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”

Return Shipping
